Chris Harris gives us one the most anticipated car comparisons: BMW M135i v Audi RS3.
In the UK, the BMW M135i is about £10,000 cheaper than the RS3 while weighing 15 kilograms.
The Audi RS3’s 2.5-liter five cylinder turbo drives all four wheels via a seven speed dual clutch automatic gearbox, and delivers 335 bhp and 450 Nm of torque. The RS3 is able to rev up to 6,800 rpm and sprints to 100km/h (62 mph) in 4.6 seconds.
The BMW M135i is the first BMW M Performance Automobile with a petrol engine. It is powered by a 3-liter, straight six-cylinder engine and 235 kW/320 hp and 450 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm. The M135i runs from standstill to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.9 seconds.
Can a sub M-car beat Audi’s premium fast car representation?
