The new BMW 3 Series Touring with the M Sport package is a looker, and surprisingly, it has drawn more eyes than other more expensive vehicles displayed at the BMW stand in Paris. In Europe, the first units of the 3er Touring have just started to arrive in customers’ garages, but the U.S. customers will have to wait a bit longer.
The model showcased on the auto show’s floor was painted in the M-specific Estoril Blue color partnered with the beautiful Dakota Black leather. The M Sport Package gives the car a sportier fascia, along with 19″ wheels 403M model painted in Ferric Grey.
Under the hood we find a 6-cylinder 3.0 liter TwinPower turbo diesel engine mated to the ZF 8-speed automatic.
As an interesting tidbit, the F31 3 Series Touring was designed by Michael De Bono, the exterior designer of the BMW Concept Active Tourer.
Stay tuned for an exclusive article with the talented UK-born designer, and in the meantime, enjoy the photo gallery.
