Rolls-Royce Motor Cars today announced the opening of the largest Rolls-Royce showroom in North America, located in Jericho, Long Island (111 South Service Road, Jericho, NY 11753). The facility, which spans more than 9,200 square feet and includes room to display more than a dozen of the ultra-luxury automobiles, is owned and operated by Antoine Dominic of Bespoke Motor Group.

The new showroom will be the first to feature Rolls-Royce’s largest customer configuration lounge in the world, which will allow prospective customers to browse thousands of leather, color and trim samples. The mold-breaking trend in dealerships will feature a café, ultra modern meeting spaces with floor to ceiling glass walls and an outdoor terrace.

“Mr. Dominic has done a fine job in establishing this new Rolls-Royce showroom on Long Island,” said David Archibald, President, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America. “Given the size of the facility and services offered, as well as its prime location on Long Island and proximity to New York City, we are optimistic that Mr. Dominic will enjoy many years of success here.”

The showroom was designed to convey not only the ultra-premium nature of the Rolls-Royce brand, but to also serve as a welcoming place and hub for local business owners.

“With an unlimited number of color, trim and other Bespoke options available, the purchase of a Rolls-Royce is a very personal and individual process,” said Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Long Island Dealer Principal, Antoine Dominic. “We wanted to create an environment where prospective buyers from Long Island and all over the tri-state area feel comfortable and are provided with first-class service from beginning to end.”

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Long Island opens a few months prior to the arrival of the latest model, Phantom Series II, which goes on sale this September. Phantom Series II marks the first significant improvements to Phantom since 2003 and features several technological upgrades intended to improve the timeless appeal, performance and efficiency of the car. While the distinctive Rolls-Royce grill and iconic Spirit of Ecstasy remain intact, the striking new front-end features re-styled bumpers and rectangular LED headlights – the first full LED headlights to be offered as standard on a production car. A new eight-speed automatic gearbox and rear differential not only enhance the driving experience, but decrease fuel consumption and emissions by 10%. Phantom Series II features upgraded driver assistance technologies, an updated satellite navigation system and new user interfaces which augment to the effortlessness of the driver experience.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Long Island joins the select group of thirty-seven Rolls-Royce showrooms in North America and is the second new showroom to open in the U.S. this year following Rolls-Royce of Tampa Bay in January. In 2011, the automaker added Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Austin, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Montreal and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Gold Coast in Chicago.

Rolls-Royce sales rose 31% worldwide in 2011 to 3,538 vehicles, an all-time record for the 108-year-old automaker.
