Cool, we finally get to see them in the flesh, I personally like them and am looking forward to seeing just what these beasts are like to drive.

  • Bigk

Nice – very nice to introduce and love the branding!

  • kolbasz

    Profit kills BMW.

  • Kiko Toshev

If there is no limitted slip differential transfering all that mighty torque to the road, then waht’s the point ? We have already seen how the mercs are uncontrolable not only on the track, but on the road too. Why we have to see that again in a BMW ?

    • Alex

All of them are all wheel drive, so they won’t be uncontrolable because of the monstrous amount of torque

  • Viper

740nm from 2000to3000….I expected 700 to be available from 700rpm and max torque at 1000rpm since this was so hyped up with tri turbo and all that…..
I guess it will do good anyway?

  • wazon8

Sounds great, but where is the RWD version? Anyway, this kind of diesel is awsome!

  • trh

Any word on availability in the US?

Great cars all masterpieces for sure, real happy to see them switch to the hydraulic steering on these models.

  • Nnnn

What the hell are they doing to the M brand???   I thought M was supposed to be special.  It was bad enough diluting it with M-sport  (formerly ZHP), but now they’re going to make M-ness available on all cars?   With your choice of engine?

If you have different engines, and possibly different transmissions, doesn’t that mean changes in weight distribution, center of gravity, etc?  Doesn’t that affect the handling, necessitating the individual tuning of each permutation to achieve the level of excellence that ///M connotes?   Doesn’t that further dilute the M distinction?

    • Statuskill

M brand is special as in most customers can’t afford to buy them, get over it.

  • Statuskill

30MPG on an X6 seals the deal for me!
