End of the year brings the usual accolades and awards, and 2010 makes no exception. In early December, Google released an overview of the most frequent keywords of the year. These are divided into eight different categories, from people to products and brands.
And this year, the award for the most searched automobile brand in Germany on Google goes to BMW, followed by Audi. The two premium brands are leading the group ahead of Audi’s parent company VW and Mercedes Benz.
The top 10 ends with Porsche, Renault and Open.

In Microsoft’s Bing search engines, BMW continues to lay at the top of the bunch, but this time followed by VW.
