Another day and new photos of the next generation BMW 5 Series due to launch this Spring. If yesterday we had the chance to admire a beautiful black painted 535i, today, our sister blog BimmerToday returns with new photos of a 5 Series sporting the Milano Beige color.
While the color is featured on the 5 Series configurator website, these are actually the first real life photos showing us the color in all its splendor.
The darker colors still remain our favorite when it comes to the new 5, but can’t discard the other options. The 2011 BMW 5 Series will officially launch at the end of this month in Portugal and several test drives and reviews will be provided by the automotive media.
For the U.S. market, production begins in March with first models arriving at BMW dealerships in June. The engine line-up in the U.S. includes the 230 horsepower, naturally aspirated 3.0-liter 528i as the entry-level model and the 300-hp, turbocharged 535i following shortly. Like the new 535i GT, the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six in the new 535i will now use the N55 twin-scroll engine.
The high-end model remains the 550i, a 400-horsepower luxury sedan powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V-8.

I dissagree…let him be assertive and not like it, and like other product better. Do you not like his language, if so your’s is worse, and yes this color looks as ugly today as it dis on a mid-2000’s Lexus GS. F10 will look best in darker colors and when they fix the “bumper nose” and ponderous modeled but non-aggressive headlamp cluster. I am a BMW loyalist but not blind.

I actually like this color. It enhance the headlights and kidney grill better. That first head-on pic looks very aggresive – I like:)
Why deos the front on this amateur made photo look a way batter than on official photos? When I firstly saw official photos of F10, it seemed to me that front from the straight is the weakest part of design. Right now, I see that it’s amazing and all car looks just great. Similarly, after seeing photos of black one spotted in Munish, I recognized that there are interesting game between lines of front end of hood, grill and white glass at the top of headlights, which alludes to the way Z4 2009 looks like. Details of this deaign are great and side line is really how BMW should be. Love it! Can’t wait to see at road on my own eyes.
