The fellas over Sport-Cars are back with another review of an AC Schnitzer model. Based on the BMW M3 Coupe, the AC Schnizter ACS3 Sport Coupe takes the powerful M car to a new level when it comes to vehicle tuning.

Unfortunately for us living in the U.S., we don’t have access to these vehicles, but we’re going to rely on our European friends to relate all their findings and of course, the photos we all crave for.

Review translated with Google (not perfect, but it will get the point across):

“Let’s be very honest from the start. The AC Schnitzer X6 Falcon takes you from point A to point B in comfort and it’s a head turner with its design lines and custom wheels. In comparison, the AC SchnitzerM3 goes unnoticed (well almost), until you press that gas pedal…… Small gesture, big consequences! The sound that emerges when two titanium exhausts will awake all bystanders…..

Sport Cars reviews the AC Schnitzer ACS3 Sport CoupeThe AC Schnitzer ACS3 provided for this review develops 450 horsepower versus the 420  hp in the base version. Also, an impressive 420 Nm of torque through a revised electronic box, an air box pieces and a line of titanium exhaust. In this version, the ACS3 whispers as a 6 cylinder at low speeds, but past the 3,500 rpm it roars until it reaches the red zone.

After reaching 100 km / h (4.8 seconds), it must then attack the first curve and it is with joy that we can count on the brakes signed AC Schnitzer (front and rear), suspension tested on the northern loop Nurburgring tires and 245/30/20 front (wheels 9 x 20) and 295/25/20 rear (rims in 10.5 x 20).”

the source article says 0-62mph in 4.8 which seems a little off.

i’ve read the stock E90/92 doing the 0-60mph in 4.2 and C&D says 4.4. the stock E46 did 0-62mph in 4.6 (4.5 in euro spec). with the mods, if the 4.2 sec time is correct, i could see it being a 4.0 sec 0-60, or 4.2 sec if C&D is correct.
