Smells better!??! Sulphur?? What??

Ok this is definitely a worthy topic and they make some interesting points…. however many of these BEG for smackdown. I don’t even know where to begin with these.

For example, how is Military Use an advantage? It is the largest consumer of oil in the world. Our military is dependent on the cooperation of people it’s blowing up in order to function at all. I don’t know how this makes the case for diesel over gas, but it definitely makes the case against petroleum altogether.

Or this curious juxtaposition below. Are they asserting that diesels beat hybrids in fuel economy? What exactly are they comparing?
“7. Diesels beat hybrids. The only way a gasoline-powered car can compete with the fuel economy of a diesel is when it is paired with an electric motor.”
And they continue with random allusions to science:
“Like all electrical devices, an electric motor produces an electromagnetic frequency (EMF). EMF has been linked to causing all kinds of health problems, including cancer.”

Good grief. Who’s agenda does that site support, anyway?

And how that is a bad thing? Do you miss the worse gasoline engines? I wish I lived in a country like yours. Does the engine sound bothers you? Is that even a reason?!? Glamour over efficiency? Jeez..
