First of all, V8 tt delivers enough power and torgue for M5 demands. Just look how great this engine work in X6M which is a way heavier than upcoming. M5 will rule for next few years. M5 with this engine will be the most advance sport saloon on market.

Spending milions on brand new V10 tt is senseless since BMW group is in hard financial period (as almost each car maker) which will persist next few years. They have great fresh construction V8 tt, so it&#039;s most rational to use it. Maybe, the same goes for super-car. Spending milions on it is not good idea recently. I would be much more happy to see neighter V10 in M5, nor super-car, but have independent BMW instead of these. Restrained politics from BMW is what we should currently be happy with, it allows them to be where they actually are - the only independent premium car producer. Moreover, they constantly think about future which is most vividly embodied in their efficient dynamics program. In period of increasing price of pethrol, new emission tax in Europe from 2012 and so on, effort to reduce fuel consuption and emission wihtout losing dynamics is what is needed. Fortunately, BMW performs really well in this field. If you don&#039;t understand why efficient dynamics embraces even thinking about M5, you will understand some day if you will have to pay few thousands or more euro for M5&#039;s competitor made in old school way.</description>

		<description>4.4 V8 twin-turbo is great. I suppose that each driver will admire its high torgue from the lowest rev. speed. Moreover smaller engine will allow to keep brand new M5 at least on the same weight level as M5 E60 or maybe even will make it lighter. I was always under impression of BMW&#039;s N/A engines, but, as we all can learn, currently we have charched engines era and we should be happy that BMW provides the most resposible turbo-charged engines on market.</description>
