Don't forget, the Mclaren F1 was the fastest N/A car for 5+ years IIRC...the SLR, is an SLR - its nice; but it hasn't accomplished much as it even struggles to compete with the Carrera GT. Being on top, is being on top. If you don't understand why efficient dynamics embraces even thinking about M5, you will understand some day if you will have to pay few thousands or more euro for M5's competitor made in old school way.
