Last week, we announced a month-long collaboration project between BMW and Speedhunters.com, the international car culture blog that revolves around the Need for Speed brand. Speedhunters teamed up with automotive bloggers, photographers and drivers from across the globe to bring together and present the latest contemporary car culture.
Today, the Need For Speed blog announces the launch of an exciting contest for all the fans out there as part of their promotion of Need for Speed Shift.
While all the details are yet to be revealed, at this point we know the main prize: a brand new BMW M3.
The contest will revolve around Twitter and @NeedForSpeed account, so our advice is to follow them on Twitter and find out more information tomorrow. Of course, we will update our post as well with all the rules and information on how to win the M3.
Starting Monday, September 21st, 2009 Need for Speed will begin posting five daily missions. The more missions you complete, the greater your chances are of winning the M3 (up to 5 entries per person if you complete all 5 missions). Completing each mission will also make you eligible for daily draws, with prizes including items like copies of Need for Speed SHIFT, an Xbox 360 videogame and entertainment system and wireless racing wheel, EA games, concert tickets, and more.
To be eligible to win the BMW M3, you need to be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States. You also need to follow @NeedforSpeed on Twitter and complete at least one of the five missions. Anyone using offensive language or behavior, found cheating, or using bots will be disqualified from the sweepstakes. Complete rules can be found below.
Keep your eye on NeedforSpeed.com for more announcements about the M3 Missions Sweepstakes and make sure you’re following Need for Speed on Twitter.

Is this a sort of random pick, or is it a contest of craftiness?
Because… I really need to win this. You see, I have a tiny crack in my taillight and winning the M3 will be cheaper than the $250 or so for the lense.
