@Russell-
I live in Australia and i too own a 6cabrio.
I couldnt agree with you more.
The current 6cbrio has substantial space compared to most other convertibles.
And the 3series cabrio's boot isnt sufficiant as it has a hard top.
Something i really hope the next 6 DOESNT have.
Something i do hope they will change is the transmition on the current M6.
Initially my mum purchased an M6 but changed to an 650 as it was to "hard"
The M3 has a great M transmition, much smoother city driving.

What?! It looks like redesign 6-er with fpur door. Side is totally different eighter. This rendering is pretty old eighter. I don't remember when I saw it first time, but it seems to me that it was half and year ago.

Rendering is far too tame. This kind of design would have been acceptable in about 2002 but things have moved on.

Aaaagh. Damn! Have these designers ever been outside Bavaria? What is the possible point of a GT is you're only able to take a briefcase and a purse on your Grand Tour? How stupid is this? The 3 & 4 folding roofs work because their not designed for long trips with the roof down. I just took a 6er Cabrio across Europe and Scandinavia for 4 weeks with all our luggage in the boot and the roof down. I take my family up to our beach house every weekend with all our stuff in the boot and the roof down. That's why I own a 6er Cabrio. And having seen the mail slot that is the boot of the 3er Cabrio, it means I can't buy the next one. Why would anyone? What a pointless car it will be. Take these designers to USA or Australia or South Africa or other places where people still use a GT as a GT.
