		<description>Great article! I help businesses get social and new media setup, and a lot of them are interested but don&#039;t know where to start or how to use it effectively. These are great tips! The only thing I would add is to consider including videos and podcast type media in online campaigns.</description>

		<description>While I agree that it would be smart for BMW dealerships to embrace social tools such as Facebook, a quick look at almost all BMW dealership Web sites reveals that their online presences are collectively stuck somewhere between 1997 and 2001.

BMW dealerships may be investing $300 million in modernizing service facilities but were they to invest a fraction of that sum in their Web sites they might be able to walk before they leap and benefit far more from the online world.</description>
