@Vaybach Khan: Do we really need a completely new mini? Granted, the current form may not be as timeless as the original 1959 mini, but surely it should stay largely the same. Maybe they can slim it down some and bring back some of the original smallness, without sacrificing the newfound comfort and safety...

but are there any rumors about 1 series gt(or sedan)?

All I read about are Mini Speedsters, SAVs, SUVs and now 4-doors. What about the new Mini Cooper that’s supposed to come out in 2012. Is anybody working on that? And please don’t just warm over the current design.
