I hear the 760li sells well in China.

But something really cool, was Porsche.

They were going to show the Panermera on the 94th floor of the Shanghai Financial Center, and they strapped it on a pallet which was tilted and sent up through the freight elevator. :D

"china sucks , low quality of life and everything , the reason for a 760 v12 is not chinese auto market , thats the biggest bullshit ever"

Actually compare China to the recent New York autoshow for a more detailed approach to priorities. China - Four Premieres - two - BMW X5M and BMW 760Li , two asian premieres - BMW 7er Active hybrid , BMW 5er GT Concept. Why wasn't the X5 and 760Li debuted in New York? Why did they not debut the GT Concept in New York? Why is the BMW display in China - three times larger than New York?

The reason is that there are markets initially that are doing better than their core markets so not just BMW but other Premium manufacturers are moving their focus towards more growth markets that is why the facelifted S-Klasse also debuted in China.
In 2007 the largest market for Rolls-Royce was the USA , in 2008 it's now the Middle East.
