@Horatiu B.: Ok. I thought I had you on a technicality!! ;) Of course, that begs the question of why they would develop a new V12 considering 1) the production quantity will be so low, thus expensive 2) many other suitable alternatives exist 3) BMW's aim to reduce cylinder count and increase efficiency on *all* cars. I thought that the V12 was gone for good at BMW.

@Doug: The engine used in the 200 is not one that is used in a BMW brand product, but yes you are obviously right BMW have used V12's before

@bmwe34: I think you can get a carbon one aftermarket, if you like :) Also, I'm not sure what was meant about the v12 "not seen before on any BMW Group product". The 850, 750/760s have had v12s, and RR has previously used BMW v12s. Afaik.

Love it, I totally dig the whole RR line-up! Especially the coupe, I’d have mine with the brushed ali bonnet and pillars!

First time I saw a Phantom was at the Goodwood festival of speed, tanking down the hill at speed (yes I mean down, and I mean speed!)

Wow!! Excellent appearence, this car is an output of real well engineered machines with all luxury tucked in. This car really tempts me.. but now I am not finacially sound,If anybody wishes to buy a gift for me I will go with this car :-) Anybody there…..???

I just love what BMW has done with the RR brand. Their cars have become real, well-engineered machines, when previously they were hardly much more than tarted up ’60s clunker with a six-figure price tag.

The EX200 is an exquisite car. If I could write a blank check for my daily sedan, it would be between this car and the Lambo Estoque.
