They gave the employees 1 hour notice before telling them to get out... If you're gonna "restructure" you should at least let your employees know in advance and ease them through the transition. Thats a bit of a short sighted, selfcentered thing to say. Would he prefere Mini management to keeping everybody on board, only to close the doors to the company permenantly a few months later? I'm no business minded person, but some things are black and white. Business most of all.
