We’re continuing our tradition with live coverage from all the major Auto Shows. Back at the L.A car show, we started using the latest social networking tools available to us: Facebook and Twitter. I’m sure most of you are familiar with Facebook, so no need for an introduction, but Twitter might be something new for some of you.
Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows its users to send and read other users’ updates (otherwise known as tweets), which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length. Basically, if you follow us on Twitter, you will receive live coverage from the auto show since I will input all the news and photos through my phone, so I can keep you updated in real time.
Detroit Show was a great experiment, since I could just attend the press conferences, snap some quick photos with my iPhone and upload them directly to Twitter and Facebook, way before I could sit down and write an article.
Of course, we will have our high quality photos and all the reviews posted on the blog as well, so stay tuned tomorrow, we will have tons of coverage from Chicago.
So, follow us on Twitter and become our friend on Facebook.
P.S If you would like to see any specific photos, BMW or non-BMW related, let us know and we’ll try to get on it.

we’ve been lucky enough to have a couple of cars unveiled [and my favorite kind- TOYOTA] here in Chicago. It’s pretty fun… especially when you go on the FIRST FRIDAY its open..
any one knows if the panamera is going to be on this show?
I think the Panamera debut is in April at the Shanghai auto show.
