With a projected launch date in September, the BMW X6 M is going through some final testing stages. Almost every week now, the motorsport X6 has been spotted by spy photographers in Europe and on U.S. soil. The latest photos, brought to you by Worldcarfans, are showing us the first all-white painted X6 M.
The official BMW video that we saw a few weeks back confirmed that the BMW X6 M will have the V8 M Turbo Engine with twin scroll turbo chargers, an enhanced engine, superior to the one found in the X6 xDrive50i. Rumors say the engine will be producing anywhere between 530 hp to 580 hp.
The exterior design will also suffer slight modifications, giving the X6 an M look, with the typical aggressive front-fascia, the M-specific side vents and high-performance parts . As we know, the X6 is an all-wheel-drive vehicle, but BMW will enhance the AWD system to reflect M performance, by offering a more rear-concentrated approach.
The Dynamic Performance Control is integrated with the X6, so the motor will vary the torque from the right to the left therefore increasing performance. I have no doubt that BMW has more surprises for us in the X6 M and we should find out more soon.

All i have to say is simply “good car in the making” … as always.
Blasphe///my? Oh well, I hope they make their money. I’m just not a truck guy.
I really don’t get the whole idea behind X6, even less MX6 – I think that’s a model of Mazda (pun intended!). This whole crisis thing is messing their heads. They killed CS Concept (similar fate shared the 8-series about 15 years ago), which was an exceptional idea, and yet they release all kinds of trucks and diesel tanks. BMW just isn’t what it used to be. I hope they fix this before it becomes the next Opel. Mercedes for one are keeping it pretty good.
ah that car again ….GOO AWAY , i dont want to see you, GOO AWAY!
It is impressive how they don’t want to build a CSL for their most successful new car, yet proceed with unnecessary and stupid M upgrades on SUV types…like anyne will ever track an X6…
Someone has been smoking the Christmas tree…
Numbers will tell the true story on this car.
