I have to admit, this is the first BMW Z8 Hamann that I have ever seen. The car was spotted in Barcelona by the guys at Autojunk.nl. The Hamann edition of the Z8.
The Hamann kit turns the BMW Z8 into a higher performance car and it provides high dynamic stability and security. Great looking car with a an amazing color and as old as it is, the Z8 is still a head-turner.
Some of the elements in a Hamann kit are:
- front spoiler and side skirts
- three-piece HAMANN PG3 light alloy wheels 9Jx20 FA
- ContiSportContact 245/35 ZR 20 tyres, rear 9.5Jx20 with 275/30 ZR 20 tyres and
- HAMANN lowering kit
- HAMANN rear valance with integrated diffuser, rear wing and side skirts
- high-polished HAMANN stainless steel roadster bars,
- HAMANN stainless steel high performance exhaust system with four 76 mm exhaust tips
- 420 hp and a top speed of 190mph

There’s a couple Z8’s here in my neck of the woods that I see cruising around in nice weather. A fabulous halo car that would be great to see revived.

My tuner in Germany was actually building twin blowers for one when he did my camshaft swap for my E39. I have some pictures of the interior that I can dig up if you would like to post them Horatiu. It is truly an outstanding vehicle.
Absolutely gorgeous cars. I once parked next to a black on red Alpina Z8. It was magnificent.
a little less chrome would be great. looks a lot like the new z4
