Well everyone will always have a different Idea of what is acceptable for the ultimate M car. As you can see just from current articles on BMWblog.com, some people are okay with an X6M, and yet some people aren’t okay with an M3 Tourer… Should the ultimate M-car actually be that good on the road? if M is for Motorsport?

Also, remember JC is a BMW hating idiot… oh, yes he’ll begrudgingly praise them when they comprehensively out perform the competition, but he will take every one of the Cheapest shots out there to make them look bad on TV… so, I guess (although obvioulsy nobody wants to see anyone seriously injured)… that,

JC is a BMW hating idiot , therefore a BMWSauberF1 M that tried to eat him would be good…

Jason “SEAT LEON DRIVER” Plato, well, he drove for the enemy, he drove for the manufacturer that robbed BMW and Andy “touring car king and really nice bloke” Priaulx of the WORLD TOURING CAR CHAMPIONSHIP…..

so… to be honest, I’m unlikely to shed a tear for either!

After the Caparo burned Jason Plato on 5th Gear and Clarkson had bad luck on Top Gear – I’d rather BMW just give people an F1.08 as that’d probably be safer.

Any car that doesn’t corner very well until you’re at race speeds has no purpose as a road car.

Lets not forget the lessons of F1, REALLY light weight, small displacement, high revving, naturally aspirated. The more technology that trickles down from F1 the better, AND they still have HUGE horsepower numbers.

IMO, BMW should purhcase Caparo, stick the V8 in the T1, stick it in the Sauber wind-tunnel, make it slipperier and lighter still… then sell it as the “BMWSauber F1 M”.

BMW should make an M6 CSL to go against this, make it much lighter, alot more aggressive looking, and crank up the power (somehow).

The SL Black Series on the other hand, I absolutely love this thing. The CLK and SL Blacks are fantastic. Sure, they don’t serve a purpose but who cares? These will be the last relics of the of the soon to be dead power wars.
