Even though we have posted a full gallery 2009 BMW Z4 photos before, I believe you will be interested in seeing the below photos as well. They focus more on the design steps and the Z4 going through the design process, clay modeling and all the other intermediary steps.
You will also see Chris Bangle and Adrian Van Hooydonk actively participating in the design and my favorite…..some sketches of the car and AC controls.

I really wish they’d kept that rear design, that was awesome. The one they ended up with is a little too understated.
