Exactly a week ago, I have shown you a photoshoot with a gorgeous Red Imola E46 BMW M3, one of those classy M models that we will all love.

The M3′s owner, Ian, contacted me, and see if I would like to do an article follow-up, or better said, photoshoot numero dos. Same car, different surroundings.

As Ian explained, the track pictures were taken at Virgina International Raceway(VIR) and the ski pad photos were at summit point raceway.

So, if you enjoyed the first shots, I have no doubt you will dig those as well and for a slow day, before the big holidays, it’s a perfect time to enjoy some perfect photos.

All the pics can be seen at FULL res at http://gallery.me.com/ianlindvig/100194

Photos taken by Brian Menda and Matt DiPippa.

P.S What other M models should we cover next?

Nice interior! it’s remarkable how this car (the E46M3) could change easily from a luxury sport car (with a guy in a dress shoes and sport jacket behind the wheel) to a fancy Track car with red interior inserts and a driver with shiney helmet, and it still looks great and a perfect fit in both cases. Viva l’ M3!!

Image014 looks like entirely too much fun.

I don’t especially care for the red interior, but the aluminum trim is quite nice. Mine had that cheap-ass dark gray paint that peeled off and bubbled (especially on the door handles).

It’s nice to see that the car is actually used. So many times I see nothing but “posed” shots of BMWs in some picturesque location. No dirt, no water, no fun. To see shots of the car in the snow makes me happy.
