The A5/S5 is getting extremely boring. The soft top is just outdated in this segment. Yes it is OK is smaller cars like the 1 an A3, but for the 3 and A5, I expect a hard top. You guys know why they didn't make a hard top? Development costs woul be too high for the the VW Group to have the A5/S5 convertible as hard top. So that's why theystuck to soft top. I can just imagine the inferior driving dynamics compared to BMW. When I buy a car, I want superb handling, state of the art technology and to me, soft top is so yesterday and I will definately not support a product that's produced like that to save costs.
