to support the last post: Its a huge lag. It makes the car feel like it has a load of bricks in the back. You push the gas pedal down and the car takes a significant time to catch up. In my case the symptom is variable.

I took the car to the dealer several times and complained about it, however they never found anything.

Today, I asked the dealer about getting the new software and I got the run around.

Has anyone else tried?

Oh, it’s not a slight lag….it’s a huge lag and very noticeable; it’s about time.

How exactly are these turbos regulated? Throttle valve + AFR + fixed blowoff?

Or are these variable-geometry turbos, with the exhaust vanes?

hmmmm???? Just trying to understand how this happened via the ecu.
