How many of you are familiar with the BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg? Anyone that purchases a new BMW with an order placed to the factory through your dealer, has the option to pick up their car at the BMW Plant in Spartanburg.
The BMW Performance Center Delivery gives you the opportunity to experience Driving schools that are led by professional BMW instructors and test some BMWs on track or off-road.
The BMW Performance Driving School utilizes the Ultimate Driving Machine to make you the Ultimate Driver. From the One-Day Car Control School to the Advanced M School, each is designed to exercise a specific set of skills that enable you to truly make your driving a performance.
You can find out more information by going to the BMW website.
And if you’re still not convinced about this great experience, then please take a few minutes and watch the videos that our friend Palbay recorded recently, videos showing a BMW M5 being tested on a wet skidpad.

I had the opportunity to do the One Day Driving School back in 2002. I can’t recommend this enough to a BMW/car fan. Not only did I learn a lot, you can’t put a price on the fact that you’re given the keys to a brand new BMW 335i(330i when I did it) and you’re not responsible for the damage.
I was lucky enough to be paired off with a guy who just bought his first bimmer – he was an ex-Corvette club racer so we had a blast together hooning the 330 around BMW’s exercises. For under $1,000 for just a day – you really can’t be that.
My uncle did M School when he got his E39 M5 and had an incredibly fun week throwing the M cars around the track in Spartanburg – I intend to do it when I have more money myself.
hmm the second video doesnt work
