The friends at Drivers-Republic.com have been teasing me for weeks with a work-in-progress video review of the BMW M3 against the Mercedes C63 and Lexus IS-F. We have already been down this road once before, with another review on the previously mentioned cars, but this one is different. There are no race tracks involved, but rather some beautiful windy roads in the great Wales.
I love also how they managed to get the cars together in the same scenes and give you better images of the cars racing against each other. Anyway, enough said, I will let you watch it and of course, I won’t tell you who the winner was.

Thanks for the great video Steve, looking forward to the next ones!

Great review. And I love that M3.
Good review – I still can’t stand the ricey IS-F. Those tailpipes are very trendy and will probably look stupid in…say, 10 minutes….
Seriously, come back in 10 minutes, look at those tailpipes…you’ll agree.
Wow, great review!!! They really dug into the particular characteristics of each car, far better than Top Gear or 5th Gear does. It was really fun to watch.
The one gripe about the M3’s steering is something I agree with. I haven’t driven an E90 M3 though, but in general the E46s seem to have better feel than the E90s.
I wish the main dude didn’t drive the discussion quite so much, especially in the concluding portion, where he should have deferred the focus or elicited their views more.
