1989 Honda Civic Si converted to BMW M3 look alike

What does this guy do when he can’t afford a BMW M3, he buys a 1989 Honda Civic Si and tries to make it look like a BMW M3. This is just STUPID.

    I just woke up and checked this – it’s far too early to be throwing up on a Saturday and I haven’t even started drinking yet.

    Regardless it is still amazing what people will do to make a car look a certain way….ok now let me go and relieve myself…

    People are silly…. lol

    people doing crap like this are young kids 18-22 year olds (for the most part) – I think this is not worth posting and getting aggravated over. People are silly – I do agree. I’m glad some of us can see the difference. Leave these type of post for the other BMW blog sites

    hahah gragop.
    Jay- the purpose wasn’t to aggravate people. It was simply just to show and poke and laugh at. I think it’s hillarious.

    Are you positive this is not a short version of the M3? It looks so authentic…

  • Gragop

    @okeribok:

    This is definitely the E36 M3ti based off of the E36 318ti – it was a very short production series. Only 5 were made, of which, 4 were shunted during the filming of The Fast and the Furious.

    Not an every-day thing, but I’ve seen quite a few Honda-based BMW clones. Some of them are actually pretty good reproductions. One “e46 M3″ had me fooled until I saw traces of a transverse-mounted engine from under barely-propped-up-hood.
