After watching it several more times, I'm convinced that's an M3. Pay attention to the wheels. Granted the guy's reaction time was faster in the M3, but the GT-R didn't exactly walk it down, as the published numbers would indicate. Even though, it is could be one sided I will have to believe Porsche's accusations.
