The German car-magazine Autobild published five new Spyshots of the BMW Progressive Activity Sedan (PAS) today. The camo on the rear reminds me of early spyshots of the BMW X6. BMW wanted to show us a totally different roofline than they planned to build back then, and I guess it is exactly the same situation with the BMW PAS now.
To me it looks as if the BMW PAS is going to compete with the Mercedes CLS and other “four-door-coupés”, but according to an earlier post, the Progressive Activity Sedan is an individual solution for the progressive individual who has become bored of a regular sedan and SUV but with no compromise on driver enjoyment.
Soon we will find out more, in the mean time, enjoy the articles on BMWBlog and for our german readers, BMWToday.de

BMW is really covering that roof line well, I will keep my judgment of this car until some camo is removed of the rear , if turns out to have a roof line similar to the Porsche panamera then this car will look hideous I’m afraid .
no hofmiester kink in the rear window? this may be the only bmw today without one… unless there is a third window covered up under the camo
@miles:
I believe that there is a 3rd window of some sort
@miles: I don’t think there will be a 3rd window, it’s most likely to cover the hatchback rear, so they throw us off
I will wait for my comments until after I see the car without the camo, but lately I must say BMW has been putting out some good cars…
