@Gunnar: I think we're not 100% ready yet here for hydrogen-only engines, so I'm assuming BMW will also want to test out the European market. There is still a huge demand there for SUV/SAV/SAC

I want to apologize in advance for what I'm about to say.

Okay ... BMW has a long history of producing some of the most beautiful cars ever. The e46, and e90, but most of all, the e38 comes to mind. But every now and then, BMW does something they view as inventive/creative (e66), and that's exactly what they've done with this monstrosity to the human eye.

Why-oh-why, would they place something this ugly in showrooms across this country. The x-6 is not only ugly, it is indeed offensive to the human eye. It mostly resembles a Pontiac Aztek. I saw one in the show room at Crevier BMW in Orange County about 3 months ago, and asked the associate if there was a lot of interests for the new x-6, he rolled his eyes and laughed.

Am I the only one that thinks this about the x6? Is this a me problem, or do other eyes find it ugly too?
