I remember seeing for the first time the BMW M3 ALMS at the Chicago Auto Show back in February and my initial reaction was WOW, what a beautiful, “mean” looking car.
The M3 ALMS is the fourth-generation M3 Racing version competing in the American LeMans series and the team is led by Bobby Rahal who teamed up with David Letterman.
I admit that I am not an expert when it comes to the American LeMans racing, so I can’t really comment on the car performance versus its competitors, but from a design point of view, the Rahal Letterman Racing M3 is breathtaking.
Here is a video with the M3 in action on a race track, video courtesy of BMW-web.tv
