BMW decided to bring back one of their popular exterior colors: the Le Mans blue will make its way back into the M3 lineup. In the photos released by BMW, a 2009 BMW M3 E92 is sporting the Le Mans blue. I have personally been a huge fan of blue colors on bimmers, but Le Mans was never on top of my list.
If I were to choose my all time favorite blueish exterior paint, I will absolutely go with the Laguna Seca. Here is a photoshop of the M3 Coupe sporting the color:
And now here is the Le Mans blue:
Not bad, but like I said, not my first choice. But before I wil let you vote on your favorite “blue”, I just want to remind you that the 2009 BMW M3 E92 coupe will also receive the revised iDrive system and knob.

4Well that’s two colors. The first picture is clearly Laguna Seca Blue but the others are definitely Le Mans Blue. ?

8Yep, Laguna Seca Blue = Smurf Blue (or Gumball Blue). But, are you sure that is Le Mans Blue? Looks more like (but not exactly) Mystic Blue to my eyes. Le Mans Blue is lighter/brighter/better looking. ? I totally agree - ESTORIL BLUE is the best Bimmer Blue ever.
