BMW successful at German J.D. Power study

The BMW 5-series won the "Costumer-Satisfaction-Index" in it's class for the second time in a row, the BMW X3 won the SUV-segment. BMW also leads the quality- and the attractiveness-ranking for brands and gets second in the overall brand-ranking. The 1-series got the third place in the compact-car-segment.

The independent study about the customer-satisfaction in Germany shows the very good image BMW has among the very demanding customers in Germany. J.D. Power asked about 20.000 customers about their vehicles which they owned for 2 years in average.
