I think Thiessen is a pragmatist. I think everyone in the team realizes they&#039;ve made great progress this year--beyond what anyone expected. When F1 returns to Europe in two weeks and the &quot;European Season&quot; begins, the pace of development will separate the wheat from the chaff. I have a feeling BMW is prepared for that and can keep things interesting all the way to the end. 

The team will win at least one race this season.</description>
