I don't like it :-( Hopefully you can get a nixe and smooth 530i with 2 pipes on the left like always and the pipes on two sites are only for the top-models. I personally don't think that this is an M5-version, because BMW never brought an M-version of any car so early in the model-cycle (except the M1 of course ;-) I guess that the quad-exhaust will be a dual exhaust like at the 335i and 335d when the car can be bought by costumers.
