Yes I have seen reports that several people have this new ECU. However I have not seen anyone with the new ECU have it modified and "flagged" by a dealership yet. So we will have to wait and see how this affects any performance enhancing modifications and if the dealerships will alert the owner of the vehicle. - J Thanks Rich.
