Even though the next generation BMW 3-series is about four years away, the speculations about the new design have already begun. Last summer, we wrote an article on how the new 3er's might look like and it received mixed reviews. The photos we have posted at that time, were simple photoshoped images based on the BMW CS Concept. Some of you loved the possibility that the new 3-series will have a similar design, but others, just simply hated the fact that BMW might go in that direction.
Well, we have some news for you. Even though the final design hasn't been chosen yet, the guys at Autobild gave it another shot and came up with some new photos. Remember, it's still pure speculation on how the 2012 3-series will look like, but in my opinion, the Autobild fellows might be on the right track. The new photoshoped picture shows a design a little different that the one we posted last year, but it still incorporates some of the elements found in the CS Concept.
Interesting integration of the massive kidney grille which makes the car look more aggressive. Bottom line, I wouldn't really mind if my next 3-series will have a similar body style.
