Now this is a car that I would love to see it available in our U.S automobile market. Word on the street is that the 8C Competizione will be available here starting in 2009. Apparently, in the beginning until the relaunch is 100% completed, select Maserati dealerships will start selling the 100 units of the 8C Competizione.
The 8C, which is powered by a 4.7 liter V8 engine producing 450 horsepower, will cost somewhere higher than $200,000. Sales will begin mid-2008.
Pretty good looking car in my opinion and I hope Alfa Romeo will do well since the U.S market needs a boost and something new, refreshing.

I can’t see how they can be selling this at the dealership. Why? Because all the cars have already been sold out worldwide like a year ago. At least.
And, no wonder. It’s such a gorgeous looking car.
The spider version is also all sold out.
They plan to make a racier version of the car with more HP. So mere mortals still have a chance at one of these cars if we get our orders in on time and win the lottery.
