It is my biggest concern about the European Delivery, what if your car is damaged in shipping? After you pick it up in Europe, you own it, and I would assume if it is damaged in shipping, you get to live with a less than perfect car.. Sure, they will repair it free, but who wants a new car with damage? How will BMW treat people that don't want a damaged car? Non-European Delivery ensures a damaged free car ever since the big lawsut.. I hope this story is tracked closely.
