		<description>I hope this story is tracked closely.  It is my biggest concern about the European Delivery, what if your car is damaged in shipping?  After you pick it up in Europe, you own it, and I would assume if it is damaged in shipping, you get to live with a less than perfect car..  Sure, they will repair it free, but who wants a new car with damage?  How will BMW treat people that don&#039;t want a damaged car?  Non-European Delivery ensures a damaged free car ever since the big lawsut..</description>
