Following the 7 year cycle, BMW will refresh their 7-series line in 2009. The spy photos show the BMW 7-series heavily camouflaged but we could still notice that they changes are than a simple facelift.
The panels cover just about everything below the beltline—fenders, hood, doors, grille and maybe even the bumpers. The hard points, such as the glass, handles, mirrors and wheels, are the real thing.
I am certain that by the end of this year, more spy photos will show up and we could really see what BMW is hiding underneath.
