My Sales Manager said he was told at a sales meeting very recently that the convertible will go into production in Jan '07 for Feb delivery,if this turns out to be true, there should be no reason why ED's shouldn't occur at the same time, these aren't M cars we're talking about. They probably won't be more than 5-6 K higher than the '07 coupes, since BMW doesn't want to price itself out of the market. I think XI will follow on the cabs, but probably not for a while.I guess my only concern on a XI cab is what it might do to the overall weight? I think we'll start to see more information on the E93 after the X5 National rollout, which is slated for the 3rd week of November.I f all goes as planned expect to see all the necessary information for ordering in December……This is fairly accurate coming from my Boss and just adding some basic guess's on pricing and availability,so let's wait and see if this really happens in December !
